He attended medical school at the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Rockford, IL and then graduated from the University of Iowa Family Medicine/Psychiatry Residency Program.

Jamie is originally from Ottawa, IL. She graduated from IVCC with an Associate in Science, with honors, and held membership in Phi Theta Kappa. She went on to Saint Francis Medical Center College of Nursing where she was a member of Sigma Theta Tau, Student Senator, Student Representative on the College Board, and Vice President of the Multi-Cultural Student Association, and graduated with honors with her Bachelor and then Master degree.A member of the Neuroscience Education Institute and Psychiatric Nurses Association, she has been Board Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Psychiatric Mental Nurse Practitioner and treats patients across the lifespan with privileges at St. Margaret’s Health in Spring Valley and Peru, and at Swedish American Hospital in Rockford. Jamie has experience with in-patient, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs, as well as outpatient treatment. She currently sees patients in our Princeton Clinic, where you can expect a team approach to exceptional holistic care.
