Benefits are assigned from the insurance company directly to the Arukah and St. Margaret\u2019s Health. Within 45 days after billing, you will be billed for any balance due. If you have not provided us with adequate information to bill your insurance company, we will bill you.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span class=\"ql-text-tag\">If You Are Covered by Medicaid\/Medicare: We need a copy of your Medicaid\/Medicare card to verify eligibility and to process your claim.
