Breann Gray, LCPC

Breann received her Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. She is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and has worked in the behavioral health setting for 10 years.

She has enjoyed working in adult inpatient, outpatient and both adolescent and adult partial hospitalization programs.

Her focus is on building a working relationship with clients to tackle issues like: panic attacks, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, poor impulse control, dual diagnosis, multicultural and LGBTQ concerns.

She works by educating and empowering clients to face how one’s perceptions influence their behaviors. She’s passionate in helping clients achieve their short term goals so they are able to create long term success.  

Kristina Menzel, LCPC

Kristina received her Master’s Degree in Family, Child and Community Counseling from Sangamon State University in Springfield, IL. She is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and has provided counseling to clients for over 30 years.

She has enjoyed working in many settings including a residential group home for teens, schools, outpatient counseling and the hospital.

Kristina’s specialties include providing individual, couple and family counseling in order to help clients work through various issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, loss, marital issues, trauma and abuse.

Jennie Espinoza, M.S.

Jennie received her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northern Illinois University, DeKalb Illinois. She is an Associate License Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Trauma Professional.
Jennie’s specialties include providing therapy to children, adolescent, individual, couples, and family. With different various struggles such, depression, anxiety, marital distress, and trauma.
